Chlorella Protein Smoothie
This smoothie, made with protein-rich powders from pumpkin seeds and chlorella, is ideal for sportsmen and women who want to consume sufficient quantities of protein from vegetable sources. This helps you to perform better during sporting events and to recover more quickly after intensive training. Especially interesting for vegans and vegetarians is the fact that chlorella is also an excellent source of vitamin B12, a vitamin the many vegans and vegetarians lack in their normal daily diet.

Natural vanilla extract | ½ tsp |
Biotona Chlorella | 1 to 2 teaspoons |
Biotona Pumpkin Protein | 45 g |
Maple syrup | 1 tablespoon |
Almond milk | 250 ml |
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Pour in a glass and serve immediately.
